Job Overview:
Hippo Prop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our team of residential property agents and drive our agent recruitment efforts. From monitoring the sales pipeline and lead conversion to developing new business opportunity with industry partners, this key personnel will ensure the business growth and profitability.
He/She will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing the sales team, and overseeing the agent recruitment team to meet ambitious growth targets. This role demands exceptional people management skills, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to innovate and scale operations in a competitive market.
This role is ideal for accomplished sales leaders, whether they come from within the property industry or bring relevant experience from other sectors.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
o Develop and execute sales strategies that enhance profitability and increase market share.
o Lead, motivate, and support a large team of property agents to achieve organization’s goals
o Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies to maximize outcomes.
o Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Recruitment and Team Development:
o Oversee the recruitment team to meet agent recruitment targets.
o Develop and implement training programs that empower staff with essential skills and knowledge.
o Coach, motivate and develop individual sale executives to reach their targets
o Cultivate a high-performance sales culture through motivation and robust performance management.
o Manage onboarding processes for new agents to ensure they are integrated effectively into the team.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership and people manager role.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Robust analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
• Experience in recruitment and team development.
