RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in managing the implementation of the Core Insurance System. To manage, analyse and be the custodian of end-to-end user requirements and Core system and peripheral systems functionalities; Manage Production Incidents of SAP systems to resolution.

• Implementation Plan: Assist in the development and maintenance of implementation plan and work schedule including managing issues, conflicts and interdependencies
