1. Assist in overseeing the monitoring of compliance matters of APAC offices as set out in the head office policies and local laws from time to time including covering the following areas:

• reviewing existing policies in light of new developments in laws, rules and regulations, maintaining and keeping bank's compliance manual up-to-date, follow up on implementation and other compliance related duties assigned by Team Head
• monitoring and supervising the compliance framework of assigned APAC offices
• Keep up to date with international developments in compliance as well as changes to HO policies and recommend and monitor changes to each APAC office’s policies
• Provide advice on compliance matters and requirements (other than legal matters)
• Review of presentation materials and matters relating to compliance with SFA/FAA and Banking Act compliance
• On the job training of new joiners and assisting in compliance training for employees

2. Any other matters assigned by Team or Dept Head

Requirements :

• Degree or equivalent, degree in law is a plus but not essential
• Good working knowledge of regulatory requirements and recent developments in banking/FI
• Good working knowledge of SFA/FAA and regulatory policies/requirements
• Meticulous, with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Hands on, practical and with a balanced mindset

The successful candidate will drive the Real Estate Business for Joint Venture vendor ODD, ensuring that all operations governance are up to business standards. This includes ensuring any risk gaps are accurately identified and remediated, periodic reviews of business process to meet market best practices, working with transaction managers and covering any new project initiatives and execution.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5-8 years experience in an internal audit/enterprise risk, ideally with Real Estate Experience. The executive qualifies prospective customers and contacts them if they are deemed as a suitable target, up-sells to existing customers and responds to customer queries under close supervision. He/She is responsible for the achievement of sales targets by tapping on existing accounts and new business development. He works to find new sales leads using market research, business directories, customer referrals, cold calling and/or direct fieldwork. He supports responses to technical and procedural questions, coordinates the formulation of price quotations, submits sales contract for orders and maintains customer records. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage activities of Engineering Service and develop Custom Solutions strategies based on customer profiles to drive collaborate closely with the Sales Department to market and sell Custom Solutions, Onsite Services, and Training offerings. This includes providing technical assistance, preparing quotations, conducting presentations, and actively participating during sales visits.

· Explore new opportunities and applications in collaboration with the Sales team to meet sales targets and expand business horizons. Contribute insights on product and service offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning, working to drive the success of the sales for the Company.

· Develop and execute plans for process improvement, technological advancement, and quality stabilization. Lead the implementation of these plans to ensure continued innovation and excellence.

· Collaborate with factory quality, policy, and compliance teams to facilitate growth in the solutions business, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.

· Ensure full alignment of the Solutions Sales team with departmental sales strategies, technical support, and utilization of factory pricing programs. Strive to maintain a win-win balance between customer satisfaction and company interests.
