Remuneration:

• Basic Salary $3500 onwards (Commensurate with experience)
• Mobile Allowance: $2.80/working day (approx $50-60/month)

Main Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.
-Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
-Analyse and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
-Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food & cash control and sales
-Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
-Accountable for labour and F & B costing matters including inventory control and conducting bi-monthly stock
-Plan and coordinate menus
-Manage filing system and read company emails
-Handle disciplinary issues, conducting Annual review and confirmation of staff
-Provide effective leadership to the food and beverage Teams to ensure targets are met
-Constantly review, evaluate operations/procedures and suggest improvements to the management
-Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
-Respond to customer complaints. Ensure positive customer service in all areas, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customer into return customer
-Ensure all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards
-Meet and greet customers and organise table reservations
-Advise customers on menu and beverage choice
-Conduct orientation and training and coach new trainees
-Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties
-Handle cashiering duties, daily sales collection, cashiers float and petty cash claims and control
-Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
-Ensure the strict compliance by all service and kitchen staff to company’s standard operating procedures
-Perform banking duties
-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirement:
-At lease 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant and management
-Has experience as a restaurant manager or assistant restaurant manager is preferable

1. Organize and implement the company's overall operational development plan and work objectives, ensuring the completion of performance targets set by the company.
2. Primarily responsible for the expansion, integration, and management of the Southeast Asian fruit business, with a focus on durians. Extend upstream and downstream business activities, establish, and maintain good customer relationships to gain a larger market share.
3. Responsible for business development and negotiations, exploring new markets, developing new business opportunities, independently handling customer development, maintenance, and management, controlling risks, closing deals, and maintaining long-term communication with customers to provide quality service.
4. Manage import, export, and re-export trade business in the Southeast Asian region, ensuring the achievement of the group’s profit targets.
5. Implement risk prevention and management, ensuring the legality of transactions and the safety of funds and goods.
6. Complete other business tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with the Southeast Asian fruit industry, especially durians, with expertise in procurement and sales.
2. Experience working in large trading companies, supply chain companies, or warehousing and logistics enterprises, with established resources and channels.
3. Extensive practical business experience, outgoing and cheerful personality, passionate about work, with strong exploration ability, self-motivation, and excellent business negotiation skills.
4. At least 5 years of experience in fruit import and export trade, possessing a substantial volume of high-quality business resources, with mature business channels preferred.
5. Understanding of the import and export procedures and quality standards in the fruit industry, equipped with the necessary financial, financial, and trade knowledge for the business.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong team spirit, high sense of responsibility, ability to accept business trips, and strong stress tolerance.
