Key Responsibilities:

1.Operational Marketing – Focus on French and Pacific Markets

• Collaborate with sales managers and distributors in French and Pacific markets to develop tailored operational plans, go-to-market strategies, and communication campaigns.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including product launches, media campaigns.
• Ensure strong brand visibility and excellence in-store by overseeing POSM and promotional campaign execution.
• Manage relationships with French communication and media buying agencies.
• Adapt global campaigns to fit French market needs.
• Supervise French social media platforms and maintain brand websites in coordination with the Group Digital Marketer.
• Manage and maintain the A&P budget for both French and Pacific markets.

2.Global Branding & Communication / Global Marketing Coordination

• Develop sales and consumer brochures, brand catalogs, and product documentation for group house brands in both English and French.
• Assist in the creation of global brand assets and contribute to global campaigns (offline and digital).
• Ensure brand guidelines and graphical elements (artwork, collateral) are consistently up-to-date and accessible.
• Share best practices and marketing insights across the group, ensuring local execution is aligned with global strategies.

3. Product Development & Range Management – House Brands

• Monitor competitor activity and product trends in Panamex’s key categories, providing monthly reports.
• Support the development of the house brands' product portfolio, focusing on categories like detergents, baby and adult diapers, insecticides, and food products.

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with supply chain teams and external partners (consultants, legal teams, factories, packaging agencies) on product and packaging development.

- Ensuring product compliance with market-specific regulations, labelling, and documentation requirements.
- Managing the ongoing product range, including extensions, phase-ins, phase-outs, and improvements.

Reports to: Group Marketing Manager

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing roles such as Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, or Marketing/Communication Manager.
• Experience in product development, particularly in laundry detergent or personal hygiene categories, is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role, as it involves working with French-speaking clients and developing packaging for French markets. Proficiency in Spanish would be a plus to work on the Latin markets.

Position

The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market IT applications (in-house and package) used worldwide, covering Front Office (Murex, Apex, Orchestrade…), Back Office (Summit, Calypso…), Market data referential (Asset Control...), Market Risk (in-house application on big data technologies).

The Foreign Exchange (FX) IT division works across the full FX value chain to sustain business activity and enable its acceleration.

This role aims to develop on the Calypso Middle/Back-office package, in project mode as well as maintenance, and to support the “run the bank” function. It requires a deep understanding of the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The build and support team continuously works with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers.

The hands-on senior BA will join the Delivery team and will run BA activities for both Run and Build the bank. As a senior Business Analyst will have the opportunity to show his leadership skills.

Main responsibilities

Build & change management

• Analyze enhancement requests for FX, money market and treasury business.
• Propose solutions in collaboration with architects, technical teams and the business teams.
• Specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, release documentation.
• Coordinate user acceptance tests.

Qualifications and Profile

• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Calypso business analyst on Calypso back office.
• Experience on Calypso versions v8 to v17.
• In depth knowledge of Static Data, Workflows, ScheduledTask, Confirmations, Settlements, Messages / Swift messages, Positions, Accounting, Corporate action, Filters, Reporting Framework, and Reconciliation features.
• Understanding of financial assets (FX, Money market...) and trade lifecycle.
• Experience with regulatory reporting.
• Experience in interfacing Calypso with external systems.
• Hands-on experience in implementation projects.
• AGILE track record.
• Experience in implementing NR scenarios.
• Willing to do L3 Support if required.
• Willing to work on weekend operations for implementation weekend when required.
• Good knowledge Microsoft Office (E.g. Excel / Powerpoint), incident management (E.g. Service Now) and other reporting tools

We are starting the decommissioning of our Kondor Plus trading platform for our Treasury business to transfer this activity to our main front office target platform (Orchestrade or OT). Orchestrade is already implemented for a large list of assets and business lines.

The DeKOT project (decommissioning of Kondor+ to migrate into Orchestrade) will migrate our worldwide cross asset treasury platform (all products) booked in several instances of Kondor Plus. We are creating a team in Singapore to take in charge some part of the project (e.g. In-bound and out-bound flows of the platform for various systems or modules, API…). Performance and latency of those interfaces will be key for the success of the project.

With strong interactions with our Paris Head office team, the business analyst would work with the first team members and development team based in Asia in Singapore, our IT treasury team, business stakeholders in the region and our head office teams. The team will be fully allocated to this project and will be part of a multi sites project team.
