KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and maintain relationship with fixed income investors / counterparts in Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
· Onboarding clients / counterparts and execution of trades for primary / secondary market.
· Suggesting trading ideas, contributing in business development and new products.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with clients / counterparts to maximise revenues for Fixed Income Sales & Trading Team.
· Working with the GTN Sales team to increase the client base and revenues.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills in order to communicate, execute orders effectively.
· Ability to multi-task, work under market pressure and handle clients with different moods while maintaining a high level of service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
· Strong understanding of the wealth management and tech ecosystem, financial markets (preferably multi-asset/multi-market), brokerage, investment and asset management.
· Having 2 - 5 years’ experience in the financial credit markets, focused mainly on fixed income securities.
· Having relationship with fixed income investors / counterparts in Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
· Native/Fluent in English and Mandarin (both oral and written communication).
· Experience in applying technology-driven solutions to business challenges and previous exposure to B2B and B2C client segments is very relevant.
· Passionate, results-driven and a team player.
· Excellent reporting and communication skills.
· Excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills, to effectively maintain working relationships with all stakeholders.
· Fluent in English. Good command of other Asian languages is an advantage.
· Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
