Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Overview:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the quality of a Business Analyst who is savvy in providing technical solutions to our clients. You would also work closely with the client’s project development team and internal/external stakeholders to track and implement solutions that relates to quality or process improvements.

Candidate is also responsible to ensure that the daily activities are in compliance with Company’s Credo and business policies. He/she reports to the Team Leader and carry out leading functions of the department.

Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR):

• Conduct detailed business requirement gathering and use case analysis.
• Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Map and optimize business processes, assessing feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.

Plan and promote user tasks in UAT.

• Monitor task progress, manage risks and issues, and provide resolution support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of project goals.
• Test schedule planning, test scenario creation, test environment preparation, data preparation, etc.
• UAT issue management (managing tickets) and tracking till solving them
• UAT progress monitoring and reviewing the results
• Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM

Plan and promote user task in MIGRATION.

• Planning of migration schedule and control of migration related tasks such as data mapping, data cleansing, etc.
• Conduct a migration rehearsal and list up issues and consider how to handle them
• Monitor the progress of migration and manage issues, working closely with IT and business user members.
• Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM

Plan and promote user tasks for EUC/RPA/Tools.

• Planning and Leading User owned EUC/RPA/Tools as an User Task PMO.
• Planning of whole schedule such as Pre-Study/ Design/CD/UT/IT/ST/UAT both of existing and new development EUC/RPA/Tools.
• Monitor the progress of the user task and manage issues, working closely with IT and business user members.
• Lead development team such as giving instruction, resource management, issue solving.
• Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM

Plan and promote user tasks in USER SUPPORT.

• Developing plan of assigned user tasks in the following areas: UAT, Training, Business Rehearsal, Migration, Customer Relation, BCP Creation, Regulation/Procedure Revision
• Progress management of assigned user tasks
• Issue management of assigned user tasks (including other roles (e.g. manage issues raised by developers)
• Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM
• Any other duties related to this role.

Requirements:

1. User Task (UAT)

• Experience in planning UAT such as creating UAT plans, developing UAT schedule, bridging communication among multiple stakeholders, etc.
• Experience in executing UAT such as monitoring progress, UAT issue solving, test result validation, etc.
• Experience in core banking system projects including accounting system from user side
• Business knowledge in Trade area
• Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region
• Mindset to not fear challenge / undertake risk

2. User Task (Migration)

• Hands-on experience of migration such as migration planning and implementation. (i.e. Transaction information, Fee Charge table applied to each customer)
• Experience in core banking system projects including accounting system from user side
• Business knowledge in Trade area
• A person who can manage complicated, multiple data without overlooking
• A person who can judge integrity of several plans
• Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region
• Mindset to not fear challenge / undertake risk

3. User Task (EUC/RPA/Tools)

• Hands-on experience of RPA (UiPath), MS Access, Excel macro development.
• Business knowledge in Trade area
• System implementation experience of CGI
• Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region

4. User Task (User Support)

• Planning and control experience in user tasks as follows: Training, Business Rehearsal, Customer Relation, BCP Creation, Regulation/Procedure Revision
• Experience in supporting big projects like core banking projects or bank industry projects
• Experience in core banking system projects including accounting system from user side
• Business knowledge in Trade area
• Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region

5. Others

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
