· Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals.

· Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.

· Track sales performance, analysing data to optimize sales strategies.

· Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

· Min. 3 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in supermarket account management with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field will be an added advantage.

· Proven track record of sales growth and account expansion.

· Strong relationships with supermarket retailers (e.g., category managers, buying managers).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
