Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Drive, build, and optimize efforts across our dedicated B2B web surfaces and social channels.
• Focus on building new capabilities in a roadmap for content, functionality, and experiences across platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in website management including a proven track record of success driving business impact on a global scale through web experiences.
• Demonstrated experience in understanding the technical aspects of running a website, including hosting, analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, platform tools, localization, and budgeting.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams of designers, UX, developers, and content creators to craft compelling B2B web experiences.
• Highly effective collaborator within matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated experience to inspire teams and vendor partners to drive cross-functional projects to success with minimal guidance.

• The Marketing (Temp) role, Cushman & Wakefield Singapore will be responsible for development and execution of marketing and communications for Cushman & Wakefield’s commercial real estate business in Singapore.
