As the APAC Field Marketing Director – you will be focused on the entire APAC region and be part of the Global Field Marketing team. • Demonstrated understanding in identifying target audiences
• Displays a relentless attitude
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns
• Has graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

The job scope includes:

• Work with the management to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Create vibrant and engaging graphics and short-form videos to drive traffic to the company
• Develop and execute content strategies
• Track and analyse conversions to identify opportunities
• Execute digital marketing campaigns according to our roadmap, including SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Seek potential collaboration and tie-ups with other companies
• Any other marketing and business development-related tasks

Requirements:

• Must be savvy with social media platforms such as FaceBook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, YouTube
• Familiar with creating ads on the above-mentioned platforms by using various graphic design softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop etc.
• Good at copywriting and have a good command of English
• Able to write in Chinese is an advantage
