What you will do at VeSync:

1. Collaborate with internal brand teams to optimize resource sharing and support brand development in the Asia Pacific market.
2. Responsible for the output and sharing of localized e-commerce copywriting and retail channel marketing materials to ensure that the content meets the needs of the regional market.
3. Work closely with the sales team to promote the planning and implementation of agent product promotion and promotion projects. This includes budgeting, project planning and execution, as well as promoting the agency's media, influencer and advertising communication activities.
4. Establish and operate brand assets in the regional (Southeast Asia and Australia) market, including official website, social media official account, email marketing and APP content localization;
5. Assist in product market research, output regional brand growth strategy, and support continuous brand promotion.

What you bring to the role:

1. Proficient in English and Chinese as working language, overseas study/work background is preferred, mastery of Southeast Asian, Russian, Indian minority languages is preferred;
2. At least three years of brand marketing experience in overseas markets, with a solid marketing theory system, understand the promotion logic of overseas brands, familiar with 3C or home appliance industry is preferred;
3. Understand the culture, users and consumption habits of the Asia-Pacific market;
4. Excellent teamwork, communication and learning skills, able to quickly adapt and efficiently execute brand marketing tasks in overseas markets, and promote business growth and brand development.

Purpose of the Job:

         Execute the sales delivery in the designated end market sector to meet sales forecasts and KPI’s. 

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

Sales Strategy and Delivery:

• Delivery of sales against agreed targets (directly or working with distributors)
• Use value added selling techniques to maximise sales opportunities

• Working collaboratively with Application Engineering, Customer contact, internal sales and other back office sales activities as required

People Leadership:

• Lead self to deliver against Rotork vision and strategy
• Driving change and growth with the right balance of entrepreneurial decision making and good corporate citizenship; ensuring decisions are made for One Rotork at all times

Budget Management:

• Fulfil reporting responsibilities, including performance and sales plans, forecasting and other KPIs

Project Pipeline and Project Oversight:

• Review project scope for products to be added onto Approved Vendor Lists and project specifications

Internal Collaboration:

• Work effectively through a matrix structure to build and maintain strong and productive internal relationships
• Adhere to governance tools and processes
• Feed business intelligence into Commercial function as required

• Ability to formulate Sales/Marketing Plan.
• Candidate should be well versed in Sales and Marketing developments within the region.
• The candidate is required to work independently and exude leadership quality.
