Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance team strategically to ensure the bank is always compliant with the applicable rules and regulations.
• Spearheaded the improvement of the existing Compliance procedure.
• Manage and own end-to-end KYC, Account Opening, CDD, Transaction Monitoring, and other Compliance processes.
• Conduct in-depth due diligence background checks and screening on prospects (including staff), clients, and counterparties to identify the risks of the client or counterparty and the Bank.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of Compliance Experience in a Wholesale Bank, preferably with experience in the areas of Corporate Banking and Trade Finance.
