MAIN PURPOSE
Shiseido Asia Pacific Cosmetic business division is looking to hire a Regional Brand Manager to lead the fast expansion of fast growth of fragrance cluster (Issey Miyake/ Narciso Rodriguez/ Serge Lutens/ Tory Burch/ Zadig & Voltarie) in APAC markets. Reporting to the Regional Brand Director, you will be responsible to craft regional growth strategy and oversee 360 plan implementations in markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REGIONAL STRATGIC DIRECTION TO MARKETS
· Translate the deep understanding of the fragrance markets and consumers into regional brand growth strategy, including Go to market decision, investment priority, portfolio management, media/ influence/ PR strategy and others.
· Guide the new markets to ensure successful high impact brand launch
· Safeguard the brand equity and help markets balance brand building with commercial drive.
COLLABORATE WITH GLOBAL BRAND HOLDING
· Provide regional business intelligence, insights, consumers needs to global brand holding to make sure that the global brand direction and strategy meet the needs of APAC region.
· Representing the region’s voice to feedback to global brand innovation pipeline, marketing plan and communication plan
DIGITAL ACCELERATION
· Drive digital transformation at regional level, accelerating Ecommerce and CRM topics
· Work with external agencies to produce regional creative assets, social assets, product demo etc.
· Oversees local markets’ media buy plans
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
· Support markets on daily operational topics such as product assortment, launch calendar, commercial animations, training & education, consumer engagement activities etc.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 7 year -experience in a Marketing Role in Beauty with strong preference
· Must have either Regional or Global Marketing experience.
· Must have experience & knowledge in either of the 2 big clusters (Southeast Asia TH/MY/SG/INDO or North Asia TW/KOR.)
· Experience in Fragrance category is a plus
· Experience in managing Ecommerce business is a plus
· Business planning and implementation experience as well as project management; Strategic thinking (sound attention for details without losing focus on big picture)
· Good at Powerpoint and excel
· A considered, analytical approach to working with consumers, problem solving, stakeholder management
· Strong communication skills
· Positive attitude & growth mindset
· Flexibility to travel when required
