Job Duties and Responsibilities

• To handle incoming RFQs received from customers and to review each RFQ carefully to understand the customer's requirements, specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Provide strong support and work closely with Sales team to execute sales activities through timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, customer requests, any additional information needed to prepare the quotation and to update into system with relevant information sourced, such as pricing details, availability of products, and special terms or conditions.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Customer Service team to ensure alignment on pricing, availability of products, technical specifications, lead time, etc. and to maintain good business contact with Suppliers.
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on the customer's RFQ, including pricing, terms of sale, delivery schedules, and any special terms applicable to the customers.
• Ensure that quotations are submitted to the customer timely and accurate responses to customer RFQs and facilitating the conversion of quotations into sales orders.
• May assist the sales team in negotiating prices with customers, addressing any pricing concerns or discrepancies, and seeking approval from Sales-in-charge / Management for any deviations from standard pricing policies.
• To follow up with customers after submitting quotations. Maintain regular follow-up and communicate with customers throughout the quotation process, providing updates on the status of their RFQ, addressing any questions or concerns they may have, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all RFQs received, quotations prepared, and sales orders generated, including documentation of any special terms or conditions agreed upon with customers.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, managing customer’s email enquiries etc.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales support operations by streamlining and enhancing the RFQ handling process.

Your Next Role

As the Social Media Engagement Lead, you will report to the Senior Customer Service Manager and play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing audience engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

You will lead social media moderation teams, oversee strategic initiatives to improve engagement, and protect the brand’s reputation on social platforms. Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Supply Chain teams to ensure a seamless and impactful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Moderation Leadership

• Develop and maintain engagement guidelines, response templates, and moderation policies.
• Monitor brand sentiment and guide the moderation team in fostering a brand-driven environment.
• Strategize responses to audience feedback, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Establish crisis protocols to address issues such as PR challenges or guideline violations.

Audience Engagement

• Actively engage with audiences by responding to and promoting audience comments and submitted content.
• Implement strategies to grow audience interaction and align narratives with marketing campaigns.
• Encourage audience interaction to foster brand engagement and a sense of community.

Customer Support

• Address escalated customer complaints and issues on social platforms.
• Enable and ensure moderators provide accurate product and policy information to audiences.

Analytics and Reporting

• Use social listening tools to monitor and report on sentiment and engagement trends.
• Generate actionable insights through regular reporting to refine engagement strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, product development, and other teams to address systemic challenges and improve user experiences.
• Collect, analyze and share feedback from the audience to enhance products and engagement strategies.

Indirect Team Management

• Lead and support social media moderators, offering guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Assign tasks, ensure team coverage, and deliver training programs to maintain high standards.

How You’ll Succeed

6. Develop Training Programs: Provide ongoing training for customer service representatives in social media engagement best practices to improve efficiency and professionalism.
7. Implement Escalation Frameworks: Design and maintain a robust escalation process for handling high-priority or sensitive issues raised on social media platforms.
8. Optimize Cross-Team Communication: Work closely with the product, marketing, and operations teams to address systemic issues highlighted through customer feedback on social media.
9. Measure and Report Metrics: Track and report on customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and issue trends to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
10. Support Crisis Management: Act as a key point of contact for managing public-facing customer service responses during crises or high-stakes situations, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

Your Experience

• At least 5y exp. in Social Media Community Management with 2 years in a leadership role, managing online communities with a focus on driving engagement, handling feedback, and maintaining brand reputation.
• Proven experience leading a social media moderation team, ideally across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure social media strategies align with broader company goals.
• Successful experience training, managing, and coordinating remote teams, as your customer service and moderation work is handled externally.
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of moderators, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Data oriented with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and content moderation accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
• Can demonstrate a creative approach to community engagement, with a strong understanding of how to create compelling and interactive responses and activities.

Desirable Traits

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Social media certifications (e.g., from Facebook, Google, or HubSpot) are a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience working with premium B2C and/or D2C brands, particularly in industries like health, wellness, or beauty, to understand how to communicate effectively with different audiences.
• Familiarity with mass-market brands, understanding how to scale community engagement to broader audiences.
• Enthusiasm for social media platforms, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices, especially in the wellness and beauty industries.

Must have 15 years experience Diaphragm Wall, Removal of RC pile, Pored pile, See wall & H beam and installation of king post and Jet grouting.

Willing to work at site standard time and non standard time.

Overall D. Wall project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Mobilize the machinery such as crane, grabber and cutter as per contract

Assemble the machinery and get the authorized examiner approval

Assist the LCDW to get the NCE and Utility layout drawing

Assist the Design and drafting team to get the drawing based on the site planning and constrains & submit the drawing to the MC/Consultant and do the follow up on the AE approval.

Prepare the project weekly and monthly rolling program in MICROSOFT PROJECT based on the hand over working place, site obstruction and constrains. Get the Project manager approval for rolling program and submit to main contractors

Follow up the program and ensure that program met up on site

After the completion diaphragm wall, follow up the top-down excavation and exanimate

Exposed diaphragm wall condition and ensure the soundness of the concrete

·Execution of following diaphragm wall rectification works if spotted any unsound conditions

Preparation of following diaphragm wall records Method statement, safe work procedure,risk assessment,lifting plan, Panel record,daily report, and Delay and obstruction recor Site daily, meeting minutes

· Report the site progress and other site planning related matter to daily coordination meeting & weekly sub-contractor meeting Maintain the site inventory records for steel plate, equipment's and machinery.

· Assist the QPs for inspections and clarify the technical matters - whenever required

· Maintain and update the all site records and assist the QS on the claim works

· Closely Follow up the cash follow together with project manager and QS and implement the actions whenever it downs

Role Overview

Assist Site Manager to establish the horizontal and vertical control to ensure the project is built within the tolerance of the design.

Duties and Responsibility

· Overall responsible for the land surveying task.

· To perform levelling, traversing, setting-out point, survey data collecting, layout, map and field of topographic surveying, boundary surveys etc.

· Working closely with the engineering and construction team to meet the survey work required.

· Manage and plan the land surveying work schedule to ensure all drawings are accurately for survey work and approved by relevant teams.

· Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing. Verified accuracy of survey data, measurement and calculations.

· Carry out as-built surveys, and settlement monitoring for buildings

· Prepare and submit pre and post construction drawings if necessary.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
