Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Brand Manager who has a keen passion for Asian beauty products to lead the team making impact in the industry and achieve sales and growth target.

The role requires you to work closely with internal team, collaborating with brand partners, offline sales channel, online platform to drive brand visibility and sales revenue for both existing and new brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee offline and E-com team to manage business, sales promotions, ensuring optimization of products positioning and presentation.
• Develop and support annual marketing calendar, plans and implement marketing program and campaign.
• Develop and support marketing strategies, align brand objectives, improve brand awareness and driving sales target and profitability.
• Ensure brand activations/promotions are rolled out timely across all channel.
• Support & ensure on-shelf merchandising standards.
• Support to plan, develop, and implement launch of new products.
• Involve in managing pricing across all channels.
• Support to manage brand & trade marketing plans budget.
• Manage all customer enquiries/requests from all channels
• Conduct product training and brief field team on trade activations/new & promo skus launch.
• Coordinate closely with logistics for shipment tracking, monitor and follow-up action plans with warehouse team to minimize overstocks.
• Prompt review and action to minimize the non-working or slow-moving inventory.
• Support in development of feature ads/image requirements.
• Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting to Principals.
• Analysis of reports and variances and preparation of annual sales budget and forecasts.
• Responsible for planning and logistics of gifts, samples, and testers to retail stores accordingly to promotional usage.
• Other additional tasks and responsibilities may be required as and when necessary, to achieve the Company’s objectives.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks to support the corporate communications functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination of various activities.
• The role will encompass procurement, contract variations, ticket distribution, event catering, multimedia content management, IT support and related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communications Coordination Work: Assist to manage email queries from grantees, check logo placement, manage EDM distribution etc.
• Procurement: Facilitate the procurement process for corporate communications needs, including preparation of requirement specifications, liaison with procurement colleagues, submission for approval and overall management of the entire procurement process.
• Contract Variations: Assist in managing contract variations and renewals related to corporate communications services and vendors.
• Payment Processing: Assist in processing and monitoring invoice-related matters between vendors and our finance team
• Ticket Distributions: Coordinate the distribution and coordination of various tickets for corporate events, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely delivery.
• Event Management: Arrange various event management services for communications events, launches and meetings, including invitations, RSVPs, catering, vendor coordination and budget management.
• Multimedia Content Management: Upload and manage videos on channels such as YouTube, office screen, website etc, ensuring content is up-to-date, organised, and aligned with corporate communication objectives.
• IT-related Administrative Tasks: Support IT-related administrative tasks, such as managing access permissions, and liaising with IT support teams.
• Whole-of-Government Coordination Tasks: Support public service requests for information, such as translation terms, internship coordination tasks and others as they may occur
• Paperwork and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and filing systems for corporate communications activities, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate communications or related environment.
• Familiarity with public service, especially procurement system, is a bonus and asset
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in office productivity software and multimedia platforms, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to handling diverse administrative responsibilities.

Work Arrangement

• Contract Period: 1 Year
