Purpose

The Body shop Manager directs work activities of the Body shop staff, including their observance of deadlines and productivity levels, as well as the maintenance of quality standards. Operational Management

c. Enforce quality repair work done consistently through correct usage of tools and repairs methods.

d. Ensure in-process check and final quality inspections done to achieve zero return jobs.

e. Ensure adequate protection on customers' vehicles and their belongings treated with care.
