a. Admin

Job Description

• Responsible for the full HR functions including planning, coordinating, and implementing HR activities. The functions include workforce strategy planning, recruitment and selection process, employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR policies and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for directing specific projects and programs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify/define talent/manpower requirements to build strong talent pipeline.
• Provide guidance to line management/employee relations/workplace issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, employee exits etc.

Job Requirement
