This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to support the team and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise and assist external finance company on matters for payroll, company tax, and monthly accounting management reports
• New employee orientation
• Upkeep records of confidential information of employees and contractors
• Reviewing and validating customer purchase orders
• Manage new customer account setup and credit approval
• Processing customer order entry into SAP in a timely and accurate manner
• Making direct contact with customers to resolve any order related issues
• Managing backlog orders and work with internal parties to resolve any order and/or delivery issues not meeting promised delivery dates or project schedules
• Ensuring orders shipped are invoiced in a timely and accurate manner, including obtaining support documents like proof of delivery
• Provide secretarial support to Managing Director and General Manager
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to team when required
