The Opportunity

This role is responsible for building and delivering our core content for the Group, creating compelling, informative, and engaging narratives to support Toll’s engagement with customers, conversion and revenue through digital and email channels. Ensure all content is legally compliant, adhering to copyright laws and industry regulations, email marketing laws and regulations (opt ins, opt outs) following proper protocols for sensitive or regulated content
• Design, write and create engaging email campaigns that are responsive, visually appealing and optimized for different devices with the support of email marketing platforms. Conduct email campaign optimization and develop automated email workflows, using segmentation strategies to nurture prospects, promote cross sells and gain win backs. Manage and segment the email list to ensure targeted communication with specific customer segments.
