Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the position requires a highly motivated individual with a deep passion for wine, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.


KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Business Development & Sales:

- Identify, target, and secure new growth opportunities in collaboration with Le Club FICOFI Advisors Members’ portfolios (by referral), as a main priority, or through different organizations or circles of wine lovers (Banking, Doctors, Private equities etc.)

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Asia

2. Account Management:

- Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored wine solutions.

- Work closely with key accounts to develop long-term partnerships.

- Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service to sustain client satisfaction.

3. Market Research & Strategy:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

- Provide regular feedback on market trends and consumer preferences to adjust product offerings accordingly.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales.

- Liaise with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

5. Reporting & Performance:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Commercial Director, providing insight into performance against targets.

- Track and manage KPIs related to sales growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in business school (NUS, NTU, SMU etc.) or MBA

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in wine sales or business development in with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Strong knowledge of the wine industry, including key trends, products, and competitors.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

· Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

· Experience working in Singapore or the Asia-Pacific market is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

· WSET Level 3 or equivalent certification is a plus.

· Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.

· Passion for wine and a strong understanding of different wine regions, varietals, and tasting profiles.

· Fluency in English (Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus)

· For Non-Singaporeans, Permanent Residency is required

Responsibilities:

• User Growth & Monetization: Lead the user growth, product experience, and monetization strategies for a mobile App.
• Establish and manage DAU and revenue targets aligned with each stage of product development, taking full accountability for achieving these goals.
• Innovation & Differentiation: Drive innovation within the app, developing standout features to increase downloads on Google Play and App Store.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to support effective promotion and campaigns.
• Project & Team Management: Efficiently coordinate with the product and R&D teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective team collaboration.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify innovation and monetization opportunities, maintaining the App’s competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and higher with 5+ years in App product management. Proven success in driving substantial user growth, managing products with DAU in the millions, and familiarity with Android, iOS, and OEM ecosystems.
• Innovation & User-Centric Design: Strong ability to innovate, with experience in building products from the ground up. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on user experience and product design excellence.
• Commercial Insight & Data Proficiency: Excellent market insight and business acumen, with a solid foundation in data analysis. Skilled in independent market research and strategy development.
• Project & Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in project and team management, with a collaborative mindset and strong team spirit.

Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main Quality point of contact related to suppliers
• Manage External site to contractual obligations relative to Quality Agreement, specifications, quality, safety and regulatory requirements
• Review and/or approve as necessary, completed production batch records, deviations, master batch records, change controls, audits/inspections responses
• Understand and interpret applicable GMP Regulations pertaining to manufacturing and testing activities at External site
• Provide quality oversight of the manufacturing, testing, and release of materials at External site
• Author and drive actionable site inspection readiness plans
• Author inspection playbooks with External site on key risks/gaps and drive readiness efforts with External site
• Representation at product-specific Regulatory Inspections and/or during Notified Body audits of External site, as applicable or required
• Identify and mitigate risk at the External site
• Monitor and communicate site performances in means of quality metrics through actionable periodic reviews and operating reviews
• Escalate risks or roadblocks to management
• Drive timely decision making using principles
• Drive continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Chemical Process Technology, Foodscience, Biotechlonogy, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Science or its equivalents
• Min 5 years relevant experience in a related industry preferred
• Able to start immediately preferred
