Job Requirements

1) More than 8 years of experience in software development and engineering in the ICT company operating globally. Successful candidate must be in the ICT industry for the last 5 consecutive years, as to have extensive knowledge and experience in the latest market.

2) At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing the requirement analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of cross-functional application and software development projects as a manager and above, with a proven track record of successfully aligning regional operational goals to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness to enterprise clients such as clients in cross-border operations, listed companies, government body and large financial institutions.

3) More than 3 years of experience working with Linux OS, and development experience with Javascript, PHP, Vue.js and COBOL, demonstrating expertise in disaster-tolerant system design and real-time data processing. Successful candidate is required to have experience in providing full development lifecycle from concept to deployment to healthcare providers and public sectors.

4) Demonstrated expertise and advanced skills in PostgreSQL, with a proven track record in designing high-availability systems and leveraging predictive analytics to support disaster risk mitigation strategies.

5) Expertise in ISMS (ISO 27001) certification process, with proven experience in implementing risk assessments, audit preparation, and security measures collaborating closely with foreign-affiliated ICT company’s headquarters.

6) More than 3 years experience in developing evacuation manuals, creating training plans, and providing consulting services to enhance organizational resilience and disaster preparedness.
