Responsibilities

• Must be able to apply effective project management methodologies and ensure appropriate action applies in corrective needs
• Must be able to manage cross-functional teams in project deliveries
• Manage contract requirements, terms, change management, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
• Design appropriate training programs and workshops for project team
• Create a positive team environment and coordinate work effort of each team member in a cohesive fashion
• Participate in tender project management and maintenance costing & quotation

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience respectively) in project management. Able to handle complex projects, technical challenges and different groups of users and external contractors
• Good technical skills in engineering, computer, cybersecurity, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well
• Good communication and writing skills
• Good to have PMP or CITPM or PRINCE2 certification with strong understanding of techniques and methods
• Strong customer management in collaboration and understanding their requirements
• Experience in major IT infrastructure & cybersecurity system updates, upgrades, OS hardening and migrations.
• Competent and proficient understanding in IT Infrastructure Services, Cybersecurity Solutions, Cloud Computing and Systems Integration.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee financial planning and business performance analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, investment and risk management activities

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Building Manager to supervise the operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities.
• Handle building's matters relating to assets enhancement, supervision of contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operation.

- Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site

- Responsible for the collection of project advance payment, progress payment and settlement payment

- In charge of the overall management of the project, including construction period, cost, work progress, quality, safety, construction regulation

- Ensure compliance to all governmental and building regulations

- Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing

- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment rules and regulations, as well as Quality and Progress at project worksite

• Content Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute content commissioning strategies aligned with the company’s immersive media goals.
  Identify emerging trends in immersive experiences (VR, AR, MR) to curate innovative content.
  
• Content Acquisition and Development:Source and commission high-quality immersive content from creators, studios, and production houses.
  Evaluate pitches and proposals, ensuring alignment with brand vision and audience engagement.
  Collaborate with creative teams to refine concepts, scripts, and production plans.
  
• Project Management:Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of commissioned projects, from concept approval to final delivery.

• Industry Networking:Build and maintain relationships with creators, producers, and technology partners in the immersive media space.
  Represent the company at industry events and festivals to scout for talent and innovative projects.
  
• Audience and Market Analysis:Conduct research on audience preferences and market trends to inform content decisions.
  Use data-driven insights to prioritize projects that maximize impact and ROI.
  
• Quality Assurance:Ensure commissioned content meets technical and creative standards, including compatibility with immersive platforms.
  Provide feedback and support to creators to achieve optimal outcomes.
  
• Collaboration and Team Leadership:Work closely with marketing, technical, and distribution teams to align content with company objectives.
  Lead brainstorming sessions and foster an environment of creative collaboration.
  
• Budgeting and Financial Oversight:Manage commissioning budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum value.
