Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance to corporate EHS policy, implement actions to drive compliance and improvements to maintain EHS Management Systems
• Review any statutory updates, identify relevant EHS requirements, prepare procedures towards achieving compliance to the new statutory requirement
• Lead and facilitate compliance, EHS internal audit / surveys
• Organize and lead regular EHS inspections, meetings and monitoring of corrective / preventive action

• Diagnosis to help manufacture process improvement

2. Co-work with SoC architect, RTL designer, physical design engineer, and package engineer to define best architecture for 3D-IC:

• PPA(Performance/Power/Area) impact analysis & mitigation via DFT innovation
• Develop & integrate DFT-related RTL design modules to test chip

What you will bring

1. Master's Degree in EEE/ EE/ CE
2. Expertise in Synopsys and/or Mentor DFT tools, and HDL simulators like Synopsys VCS
3. Fluency in script language including but not limited to TCL/Perl/Python
4. Experience about MBIST with state-of-the-art SRAM structure & EDA tools is big plus

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for innovation, to lead and grow the Singapore Chapter of our Global Startup Acceleration Program. This setup comprises of presence in Paris, Montreal and Singapore, running a common program worldwide.

This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the program for the Asian region, driving the success of the program and of participating startups, and fostering strong relationships with mentors, investors, and partners.

As the Program Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our accelerator program, coordinating and collaborating with the Chapter Managers in the other sites, to derive measurable impact to the Group's business and operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Program Management, operation and reporting

• Oversee the end-to-end management of the accelerator program in the region, ensuring alignment with the program in Paris and Montreal
• Manage the program’s operational processes, including application cycles, cohort selection, and participant evaluation
• Deliver excellent accelerator experience to founders, mentors, partners and all stakeholders
• Measure and track progress of startups, ensuring achievement of program milestones
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting system to track progress and success of startups within the program

2. Mentorship & Network Development

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of startup challenges, fundraising processes, business operations, and scaling strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders (startups, investors, mentors, etc.)

Preferred Skills:
