About our Client
Our client is a homegrown Singaporean luxury jewellery brand looking to expand their reach outside of Singapore. With an initial focus on the London, Paris and US markets, our client aims to expand their global presence and enhance their brand identity. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Singapore.
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of key markets. This position requires a strategic thinker with a background in the jewellery industry and experience working with global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Planning: Engage with partner agencies to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals and resonate with London, Paris and the US target audiences.
● Campaign Execution: Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email, and events, to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
● Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global product development, sales, and creativity teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
● Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging content for marketing materials, the website, and social media channels that reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to target markets.
● Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to evaluate effectiveness and optimise future initiatives.
● Brand Consistency: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts.
● Media Engagement: Drive media engagement strategies, managing content distribution, partnerships, and communications to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction across digital and traditional platforms.
● Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure a strong return on investment for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
● 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the jewellery industry.
● Proven experience working with global teams, focusing on the London and US markets.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.
● Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
