You will lead a five-person Singapore-based team that works across South East Asia with specific oversight of certain practices. 2. Social Media and Content Marketing

Manage the brand’s social media platform operations and content creation in the Southeast Asian market.

3. Campaign Management and Optimization

Monitor social media data performance and optimize content and operational strategies based on data analysis.

4. Market and Consumer Insights

Conduct research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, and adjust social media strategies in a timely manner to maintain competitiveness

5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

Coordinate internal teams and external resources to support social media promotion of marketing activities.

Qualifications：

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operating social media platforms in Southeast Asia, and possess strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market, including cultural nuances and digital consumption trends.
• Familiar with the rules and algorithms of mainstream social media platforms.
• Excellent content creation capabilities and be able to create original content based on user needs in the Southeast Asian market.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills and be able to complete tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and possessing strategy optimization capabilities.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Team to project manage and coordinate workflow with internal stakeholders to develop marketing collaterals
• Assist the Marketing Team with planning and launching property marketing campaigns, to promote brand awareness, room bookings, or F&B reservations.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing and CRM to optimize website content and increase conversion rate
• Research and competitive analysis for COMO Hotels and Resorts
• Support with property marketing audits

Qualifications:

• Student pursuing Degree in Marketing or Business in Marketing Specialisation
• Preferably with internship or previous experience in hotel operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good in analytical skills and has an eye for detail
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and expose to new and different challenges
• Possess good work attitude and highly self-motivated

Please note:

• Minimum Internship Duration: At least 3 months
• Depending on educational background, Interns will be paid a monthly internship allowance of S$1000-S$1500

1. Responsible for the drafting, review and filing of various contracts to ensure the accuracy and compliance of contract contents.
2. Write high-quality project promotion copy, assist in marketing activities, and enhance brand awareness and influence.
3. Collect customer project information, ensure the information is complete and accurate, and submit the required information in a timely manner.
4. Support sales managers to complete project-related work, prepare required information and documents, and improve work efficiency.
5. Regularly follow up on customer project progress, maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the quality of after-sales service.


Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, related majors are preferred.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Applicants with business assistant or copywriting experience are preferred.
3. Be humble and polite, have strong affinity, and have good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.
4. Have good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, and be able to handle bilingual documents.
