The position reports directly to the Chief Operation/Sales Officer. A Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets while integrating marketing strategies. The Role

• Hands on experience in paid advertising and conversion rate optimization (including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic DV360) and other media platforms (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional materials.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
