· Indoor sales to handle oversea customers

· Have great interest to communicate and meet oversea customers to promote company’s products

· Able to cold call and build potential customers from oversea

· Deal directly with customers’ enquiries and quote price independently

· Able to fulfil minimum sales expectation

· Understanding processing order through JDE system

· Follow up on sales quotations, sales order, shipment and payment with customer

· Handles customers complaint

· Performs simple administration duties as assigned

· Liaise with internal departments to expedite sales order

Requirements:

· At least GCE “O’ levels or equivalent

· At least 2-3 years sales experience (outdoor/indoor)

· Customer service oriented and have great sense of urgency

· Able to work independently as well as in a team

· Proficient in MS Excel and Word

· With trading business background is preferable

· Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage

· Must be willing to work in Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT : Lavendar)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation under the production floor
• Production planning, ensuring schedules have been met
• Quality control of the end product
• Manage the production budget
• Ensure health and safety regulations on the production floor have been adhered
• Organising the repair and routine maintenance of the equipments
• Liaising with the procurement and sales departments
• Human management

Job Requirements

• Min. 3 years of similar work experience
• Preferably with construction knowledge
• Organised with good planning and interpersonal skill
• 6 days work environment
