Responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of programs and projects. Common activities include defining requirements, managing schedules/budgets, identifying risks, communications, and reporting. Excludes IT project management (see Engineering worktype).

Project Overview:

• Ensure Payments compliance to data protection regulations specific to privacy and security. Work with partners and 3rd parties to ensure security and privacy safe interactions.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Program manage one or multiple security engineering and compliance projects or initiatives, related to privacy and data protection, consumer protection, or other commercial or regulatory compliance standards.
• Facilitate customer and partner security RFI, reviews, and audits.
• Conduct risk assessments of 3rd party vendors, partners, product areas, and infrastructure to ensure services and/or integrations meet security and privacy standards and minimize security risks and protect users.
• Support Payments’ regulated entities in matters related to regulatory compliance in the fields of privacy, consumer protection, information security, technology, and data protection.
• Lead security, compliance, and privacy related initiatives and campaigns.

Skill/Experience/Education

4+ years experience as a Database Developer specifically in implementing ETL packagescandidates must have to be considered for the role (ex. 3+ years experience writing SQL code) Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco) 3+ years of risk management experience and working with risk frameworks (NIST 800-30, OCTAVE, ISO31K, etc). 3+ years of program management experience in the field of Security, Privacy, or Compliance. Knowledge of payments, consumer applications and financial services. CISSP, CIPP/* CISA, GIAC or related information security certifications.

• Manage and coordinate the project effectively

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be a member of the Project Development team that seeks to develop and manage Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) projects of Infrastructure Division ("Infra") of Keppel. Infra's sustainable EaaS concept includes the installation and operation of super-efficient chiller systems and photovoltaic solar panels, offering zero carbon electricity long-term, as well as the setting up of smart electric vehicle (“EV”) charging stations, among others. To do this, you will:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, tendering, developing, and implementing the Cooling / EV charging system-related projects
• Conduct site surveys at customers’ premises to identify suitable locations for necessary equipment to deploy our suite of cooling / EV charging system tailored to customers’ requirements
• Prepare and review engineering, design documents such as schematic diagrams, specifications, method statement, risk assessment, calculation, budgetary cost, energy audit and progress reports
• Manage consultant, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to complete project compliance with specification, within budget and schedule
• Liaise with relevant authorities and obtain approvals related to Cooling / EV charging system projects
