Job Description

• Position Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote LTPAs, products, or services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Plan and execute marketing and product campaigns across various channels.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional items.
• Coordinate with the technical service team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth marketing activities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with MES, including product development and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing tools and techniques and recommend innovative approaches to reach target audiences.
• Maintain high-quality sales and service support.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the promotion and operation of foreign social mainstream platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked, Ins, and Google advertising.

2. Familiar with website ranking rules, rich experience in improving shop conversion rate is preferred, analyzing keywords, expanding accurate and high-conversion inquiry words, category optimization, enhancing natural search traffic, increasing exposure, click rate, conversion rate, and the number of inquiries.

3. Product and industry application soft article rollout.

4. Responsible for updating the company's official website;

5. Product pictures and application video shooting and editing.

6. Completing other work arranged by superiors.

Requirements

1. At least diploma or Degree holder of related industry

2. 2 years and above experiences in digital marketing

3. Must understand online marketing, follow up with customers, and have the ability to develop new markets

Salary: S$5,500 - S$6,500
Location: Tai Seng
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with suppliers to design and implement effective marketing strategies and plans.
• Manage forecasting, inventory, and generate relevant reports for internal and supplier reviews.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with suppliers.
• Drive demand generation and execute product promotional activities.
• Work closely with the Sales and FAE teams to achieve revenue, profit, and supplier targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant product marketing experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Positive, outgoing, and results-driven personality.
• Willingness to travel overseas.
