Digital Marketing & Online Advertising
1. E-commerce Management: Oversee maintenance and optimisation of the company's e commerce platform, aiming to enhance user experience, drive online sales, and maximise conversion rates. Includes monitoring website performance, analysing customer behaviour, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall e-commerce experience.
2. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Spearhead development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This includes crafting engaging social media content, designing targeted email marketing strategies, and implementing SEO and SEM best practices to improve digital visibility and drive traffic.
Brand Development
1. Brand Positioning: To effectively connect with our target audiences
2. Brand Identity: To create and uphold a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels. This will involve establishing brand guidelines and tone of voice and ensuring all marketing materials to maintain brand coherence.
3. Brand Awareness: Significantly enhance our brand awareness and
recognition in Singapore by executing impactful and targeted marketing campaigns across traditional and digital marketing channels
Lead Generation
1. Lead Generation Strategies: Strategise and implement a comprehensive lead generation plan utilising online and offline channels to attract potential customers to the outlets and digital storefronts. This may involve leveraging social media, content marketing, SEO, SEM optimisation and targeted advertising to reach and engage with potential leads.
2. Sales Enablement: Provide marketing support to sales and business
development by creating tailored sales tools, training materials, and resources to equip them with the necessary information and assets to engage potential customers effectively.
Social Media & Press Management
1. Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts.
2. Develop engaging social media posts, photography, and video content for marketing purposes.
3. Work closely with the internal team to brainstorm and execute effective marketing plans and campaigns.
4. Create schedules and calendar plans for content releases.
5. Identify and engage KOLs & media for invited tastings/media drops
6. Support/spearhead events to help boost brand awareness/profile
7. Manage relationships with external agencies, such as public relations and social media management companies, to ensure collaboration and execution of marketing initiatives.
CRM Creation
1. CRM Management: Design, implement, and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to capture and nurture leads effectively. This involves developing personalised communication strategies, tracking customer interactions, and automating lead nurturing processes to maximise conversion into loyal customers.
Pre-requisites:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital
marketing, and event management.
• Understanding of F&B industry is useful
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing
campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
