Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and managing overall advertising and promotional activities for the shopping mall to achieve desired KPIs and unified shopping cluster experience.
• Form strategic partnerships to source for sponsorships, opportunities to host unique events or identify publicity opportunities for the mall.
• Proactively engage tenants to market their products and enhance their sales and shoppers’ experience.
• Plan the department’s budget to ensure that expenses are kept within the approved budget.
• Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews to assess the effectiveness of the promotions / events in terms of shopper traffic and tenant’s GTO and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
• Develop exciting online marketing strategies to actively engage online communities.
• Analyse competitors, market trends, and identify opportunities to drive footfall.
• Oversee the marketing of advertising spaces to maximize mall’s revenue.
• Manage Digital Service Advocates to ensure smooth execution of the day-to-day operations.
• Maintain customer service initiatives and achieve service standards set for the mall.
• Be actively involved in supporting group campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in retail / hospitality industry
• Creative, dynamic, and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent in customer relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
