Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in managing technology products, with a focus on web-based technologies.
• Familiarity with Government ICT&SS(IM8) preferred.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies within the full Software Development Life Cycle process.
• Strong knowledge of web-related technologies including HTML5, CSS, and Javascript.
• Product Management and Data-related certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or CSM are advantageous.
• Experience with project implementation in GCC-AWS and understanding of Government ICT and data domain is beneficial.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible compiling tender information to identify key activities and confirm that tender requirements are within the capability of the Company.
• Provide support to the Commercial Department on claims, extension of time, cost control and financial recovery from customers.
• Assist in reviewing customer draft contracts to ensure compliance to project specifications and to identify deviations from accepted company policy, practices and any unusual business or logistical risk.
• Obtain global and regional cost data using market intelligence on projects competitors are bidding, executing and obtain competitors’ pricing, if possible.
• Maintain relationship with potential customers and with existing customers.
• Support General Manager, Marketing and Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Development in marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
• Responsible for planning and organizing marketing related tasks and activities, such as sundowner events.

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering
• Familiar with tender, proposal and estimating process and with prior experiences
• Min 2 years experience with techno-commercial bids & tenders in marine & offshore fabrication for oil & gas industry

Job Description:

• Provide first level customer support and services
• Follow up enquiries or problems reported by customer and ensure prompt response and effective resolution
• Perform day to day Basic AR/ AP activities such as issuing Invoices/Credit Notes/Receipts/ Payments
• Follow Up payments on outstanding invoices
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filings

• Responsible for sales of Solvents, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Petroleum, fuel etc products in Bulk quantities.
• Seek and identify new business strategies to maximise sales and growth opportunities.

Job Role/Level

• Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating IT project teams to achieve project implementation on schedule and within budget

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to achieve the annual sales target
• Assist the Sales Engineer / Sales Manager with the preparation of monthly sales reports
• Engage customers to secure orders and arrange for on time delivery
• Prepare quotations for customers using the ERP System and ensure accurate pricing of products
• Process sale orders, production orders, pick lists and purchase orders in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor and plan product inventory levels, liaise with suppliers for timely supply/replenishment of inventory
• Work with suppliers to resolve any quality issue with their products or short delivery issues
• Liaise with Logistics personnel on stock and delivery issues
• Liaise with Production personnel on production and quality issues
• Monitor customers’ accounts receivables and pursue overdue balances owed by customers; follow up with customers to maintain timely collection of accounts receivables
• Assist with any other tasks assigned by the Sales Engineer / Sales Manager
• Perform ad hoc receptionist duties (including greeting visitors, transferring calls, taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis)
• Perform ad hoc administration duties

• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
