Job Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

• Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies that align with the brand’s strategic direction and support various business units.

• Plan, execute, and analyse social media and online campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertisements, to maximise ROI.

Marketing Campaigns

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies to:

2. Increase membership and grow in-store and e-commerce sales.

• Monitor and report campaign progress using pre-defined metrics, evaluating effectiveness to guide adjustments.
• Collaborate with operations, external vendors, and stakeholders to develop integrated marketing plans.
• Conduct market and consumer research to understand trends, brand awareness, and competitive positioning, using insights to refine strategies.

Branding and Content Creation

• Oversee the creation and installation of marketing collateral, including in-store and out-of-home (OOH) materials, brochures, posters, and website content.
• Write compelling copy for diverse marketing needs and lead creative ideation for campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Community Engagement and Events

• Organise and execute events, promotional activities, and product launches to increase engagement and footfall.
• Liaise with strategic partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop strategies to engage the membership base and build loyalty through campaigns and activations.
• Support influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) campaigns to amplify reach.

Team and Vendor Management

• Supervise and mentor a small team (in-house, freelance, and agency) while managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
