Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

· Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence with SSH overseas offices and high rank executives from vessel owners and ship management companies.

· Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries for the CEO and other staff as needed.

· Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for client submission.

· Manage and organize files, records, and databases.

Pre-Sale Support:

· Assist in researching and identifying potential leads and new business opportunities.

· Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

· Coordinate and follow up on pre-sale activities, ensuring timely communication and documentation.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to create and update promotional materials and campaigns.

Executive Support:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. As part of the Sales Admin Support Team, you will process customers order for products such as preparing Sales Invoices, Sales Order reports for Production and other reports.

The Core Custody Product team focuses on developing custody products for the Custody business lines, bother Hub and Domestic. Citi provides settlement, custody and asset servicing solutions to investor clients through a global network of sub custodians. The Core Custody Product team are seeking a strong Product Development leader in the APAC region who can work within the asset servicing team ensuring it meets its goals of supporting both custody businesses by focusing on the development of Asset Servicing capabilities globally.
