Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of Inside Sales experience handling both inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about technology, capable of working independently, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company's portfolio, its business nature and relevant markets
• Supporting in sales and marketing events (e.g. preparation, trainings, seminars, workshops etc.) for the Regional Sales Team. This includes and is not limited to events preparation, logistics and administrative support, events management
• Develop a sales mindset and sales pitch to capture customer attention and interest
• Strategically target and prospect the correct customers through information online and contacting these customers (online, phone or even in person) to verify their relevance to selected R&S portfolio
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Graduating students with Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or relevant field of studies
• Good communication (i.e. writing and speaking) and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Possess good customer-focused and results-oriented mindset / attitude
• Willingness to coordinate and work with colleagues across other departments or countries
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

We are looking for a competitive and proactive promoter who will strive to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for our brand, by promoting the products and/or services we provide. You will be responsible for advertising our products and/or services through marketing activities, such as in-person demonstrations, at different events.

To be successful as a promoter you must stay up to date with product and/or service features and represent the brand in a professional and positive manner.

Promoter Responsibilities:

· Setting up and maintaining a demonstration area, such as a table, stand, or booth at various events.

· Keeping the demonstration area tidy and well stocked with products, samples, and/or literature.

· Demonstrating the features of a product or service to potential customers.

· Employing interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows to share information about a product, when necessary.

· Answering any questions potential customers might have about a product or service.

· Processing customers’ payments.

· Generating reports that outline customers’ interest levels, questions asked, number of products/samples/literature sold and/or distributed at various events.

· Staying up to date with product or service features.

Promoter Requirements:

· High school diploma.

· Proven working experience as a promoter.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

· Proven track record of successful promotions.

· Customer-oriented approach.

· Outgoing and friendly personality.

· Professional appearance.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
