Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the contract sales initiatives for the organization
• Preparing sales quotations/proposals based on client’s requirements
• Monitoring upcoming and ongoing projects for participation
• Develop new customer base
• Identify and close contract sales opportunities
• Oversee the sales cycle (including issues on site) to ensure the attainment of company revenue and profit goal
• Follow up on situations that may arise from the projects that you are in-charge of
• Communicate with the logistic and operation departments on delivery and return schedule
• Ensure excellence in customer service, reliability and efficiency
• Achieve sales target
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Job Description

The Junior Product Manager is responsible for guaranteeing the success of a specific product or product features. Prior to production, they create the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release.

This role reports to the Product and QA Manager, based in Singapore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Build revolutionary end-to-end products
• Define features, write product specifications, iterate on feedback, make data-driven decisions
• Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are met
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development
• Drive products and/or features that adds user & business value
• Prioritise initiatives and projects appropriately
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Perform market research and analysis
• Understand and plan out requirements from the various stakeholders
• Research in products and competitor analysis

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in complete product life-cycle management, such as product goals, driving requirements, and product launch
• Experience in tech or Fintech related service company would be advantageous
• Knowledge in agile methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Well versed with the design thinking process
• Experience with project and product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or other similar tools
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and experience in facilitation
• Familiarity with responsive, adaptive or native design and mobile development processes.

Job Summary

The individual is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the regional team for IT maintenance sales. He will staff and direct a sales team, and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability in line with the company's mission and values. He will also establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the identified markets and contributes towards the growth of the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team consisting of sales and product personnel
• Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
• Conducts one-on-one periodic review with all Sales personnel to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales personnel's sales and activity performance
• Provide timely report to the reporting manager regarding performance
• Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing for deals pursuits that require approvals, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
• Recruits and trains Sales Personnel based on established criteria

Job Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business Management or related field
• Minimum 10 years sales and business development experience in IT industry with at least 4 years in sales team management
• Minimum 3 years of Data Center Hardware experience and good knowledge of any 1 of the data center hardware (DellEMC, HPE, IBM, SUN, Cisco, NetApp, Brocade) from configuration to parts compatibility
• Experience with enterprise hardware and services solutions
• Experience with both channels and end-users’ organizations
• Strong leadership and team management skills to build and motivate high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of commercial operations, analytical thinking and business acumen
• Demonstrate effective pipeline management
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence customers
• Analytical problem-solving ability
• Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategy to secure new customers
• Maintain good customer relationship with customer to increase sales growth
• Attend to customer enquiries/issues and resolve in a timely manner
• Achieve monthly sales target as KPI set
• Work closely with the Sales Manager, Executive Chef, Procurement, Brand and Marketing team on the various branding development and marketing support for different customers based on their requirements
• Develop professional rapport with the customers and build positive brand loyalty
• Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
• Canvassing new potential customers via cold calling, networking etc
• Collaborate with brand and marketing team to perform market research to understand the various trends, competitive analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Sales for Food/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry will be preferred
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Possess good product knowledge in the foodservice industry
• Possess own transport is an advantage
