Review the operations of the Engineering Department to ensure the quality of broadcast operations meet industry standards.

Ensure procedure for video equipment testing and preparation is in place.

Ensure adequate processes are in place for communication / escalation of technical related problems that arise during a project.

Keep Engineering environment (Warehouse, Engineering Room and desks) clean, functional, safe and presentable.

Ensure compliance of engineering procedures with Health & Safety guidelines.

Supervise and schedule maintenance of specific categories of broadcast equipment to ensure the equipment are fully functional and well maintained (internally and externally clean/dust-free).

Monitor physical and technical quality and appearance of broadcast equipment. Prepare the maintenance & improvement report.

Plan and maintain a list of specific categories of broadcast equipment which require scheduled maintenance.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field prefer candidate with ICT industry related experiences.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales experience with good network of Distributors and Channel Partners

This position is critical in driving the next level of growth for the Company with our new “Ready-to-Eat” frozen food range to promote to modern food retailer chains, wholesalers, distributors and HORECA customers throughout Singapore.

About this role:

• Conduct detail market research to understand the preferences of target audience. Identify key competitors & analyse their strengths and weakness.

• Form partnership with popular modern food retailer chains (eg. supermarkets, convenient stores, grocery stores, bbq wholesalers & gourmet food distributors, etc) to distribute our range of “Ready-to-Eat” frozen food.

• Partnership with HORECA customers (hotels, food service restaurants, cafes, food kiosk chains) to provide B2B solutions and business co-operation for growth.

• Create exclusive product promotions and bundles during festive seasons to ramp up sales volume. Conduct regular product demonstrations & tastings at potential customers’ location.

• Co-develop new product offerings and pricing strategies with the management. Improve brand footprint in Singapore.

• Create social media profiles and post engaging content. Launch targeted social media ads and Google Adwords campaigns. Collaborate with influencers to create buzz around the products.
