• To implement workflow to ensure a positive experience at every touch point with patients and their family.

• In any crisis situation to advise and support the Head of Department and the staff on the appropriate approach and action to be taken to diffuse anger and tension, at the same time relate to the patient and his/her family to offer empathy and counselling, where necessary, to calm the situation. Key Responsibilities:
Support the Brand and Marketing Manager on all brand and marketing matters including:

Requirements:

• Up to 3 years’ experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably in-house and in the FMCG industry

• Have proven tracked record of managing ads campaigns from planning to implementation, tracking and reporting
• A good eye for aesthetic
• Possess relevant skills for social media content creation with a solid portfolio to show
• Able to use capcut or other video editing softwares to create reels/Tiktoks
