Working Conditions

• Full-time position, requiring flexibility in work hours, including potential shifts on weekends and PHs as needed.

Shampooing, cutting, styling, and colouring hair, as well as massaging and treating scalps. Applying makeup, performing facials, and recommending skincare therapies. • Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits
• Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored in to the plan
• Engages with various stakeholders (including but not limited to, application, security, infrastructure, business), testing service providers to ensuretesting services meet the banks’ objectives and demand
• Act as the first point of escalation for any issues raised by stakeholders, testing service providers
• Quantify,manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable
• Drive and collaborate with all stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable
• Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation.
• Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 7 years’ relevant experience in large and complex organizations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing
• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps
• Proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services
• Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services
• Strong domain knowledge on Transaction Banking, Wholesales Banking and Payments Program. Experience in managing testing on these domain knowledges will be an advantage

Procurement Manager duties and responsibilities

A Procurement Manager manages a company’s supply of products and services. Their main duty is to ensure the company or organisation, sources quality and affordable products in a reasonable time. Although their responsibilities can vary depending upon the type of organisation, their core responsibilities include:

• Liaising with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
• Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management

• Overall in charge of the HR department and daily HR-related operation matters

• Maintain accurate HR documentation and record-keeping

• Support on performance management

• Lead the annual performance appraisal process

• Liaise with insurers, insurance brokers, or agents to manage the purchase and renewal of group general and medical insurance

Requirement:

• Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act preferred.

• Assisting Project Lead for on-time delivery, within budget and to the required quality standard
• Assisting the Project Lead for resourcing effectively and managing client stakeholder relationships within the wider team and affiliated teams/groups
• Functional role as process management lead to focus on the delivery of procurement RFP packages, analyze and present the delivery of work, which will require working with other consultants
• Fulfill the core Project Management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Maintain and quality assurance on project documentation
• Sending invite of agendas for every regular or ad-hoc meeting setup
• Assisting the Project Lead with risk management of reporting
• Monitoring and reporting progress and communicating clearly with both clients and key stakeholders
• Working with main vendors and sub-vendors
• Assisting the Project Lead to work and communicate directly with client for all projects deliverable
• Liaise and manage the co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work (third part suppliers, client internal stakeholders, partners, etc.) and ensure the smooth running of projects
• Adhere to the process guidelines set out b the department to manage all projects and responsibilities within the team
• Work with the Operations Lead, Business Lead & Project Lead to continuously improve the way we work, from beginning to end, thorough documentation, processes and industry-leading best practices
• Proactively identify risks and develop and communicate solutions to contingency plans and manage accordingly
• Manage change control and escalating issues to the Project Lead where necessary
• Provide regular status reports to the Project and/or Operation Lead
• Ensure that each step of the project is on-time and within budget as per project execution plan

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field. An advanced degree in Business/Finance/Construction Management or related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 04 years project and construction management experiences in the direct management of real estate projects of varying sizes, complexities and across multiple markets (retail, residential, commercial, industrial etc).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, seeks to develop strong client relationships.
• Excellent customer service and analytical skills are necessary as is an attention to detail personality.
• Proficient in the various project delivery models (DBB, DB, GMP, CM, MC etc.) and be confident enough to deploy them on any given project where the pro’s and con’s warrant such an approach.
