We are looking for Assistant Manager, Finance (6-months contract) to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa:

As the Assistant Manager - Finance(6-months contract), we rely on you to:

• Perform general accounting functions and ensure that accounts are maintained accurately
• Work closely with Finance Share Services all on areas on accounting
• Review all payments and daily income journal
• Verification of monthly balance sheet and expenses analysis
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present to management
• Assist in Capex and Budget, income tax matters and GST returns

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Design Manager cum Team Leader to strengthen our technical team. This is a full-time position, and it is perfect for someone with rich façade design knowledge and passionate about managing roles.

Job Responsibilities

· In charge of Design Team to carry out façade design works.

· Organize and plan a design works to meet construction schedule.

· Provide leadership and manage the team members in a professional manner, e.g., allocation of work, providing guidelines to them in drafting to maintain the quality, improving productivity, checking drawings and cutting list profiles etc.

· Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the standard requirements, specifications and within scope of works.

· Identify additional work/variations to the Project Manager / Contract Manager for processing/approval of the variation order.

· To coordination between Design Team, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors.

· Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.

· Participate in workshops and lead, review and comment of shop drawings in terms of constructability, sequencing and ensure quality of the design is maintained throughout.

· Manage the design change process to ensure minimal impact to project schedule and minimize cost impacts as a result of such design change.

· To resolve any unforeseen interface problems throughout the various design phases.

Job Requirements

· Required skills: design development, design management.

· Knowledge and skills in Revit and Rhino are advantage, at least is able to read and extract information from 3D models prepared in Revit or Rhino format.

· Possess good communications and people skills

· Good organization, coordination and leadership skills

· Minimum 5 years working experience in façade design

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee diaphragm wall construction projects from planning through to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering and construction project management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective coordination to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of diaphragm wall construction projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee the design, development, and approval of construction plans, technical specifications, and project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Ensure that all construction activities meet the highest quality standards and conform to technical specifications.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all project personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with specific expertise in diaphragm wall construction.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects, demonstrating leadership and the ability to handle complex project requirements.
• Strong technical knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and processes.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of construction design, cost management, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Able to commit 6 days of work
