• Oversee the full cycle of HR and administrative operations.
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Engineering support includes the product selection and proposal to customers with product life calculation if needed; Respond to various questions from customers; Failure cause analysis and write the report in cooperation with the investigation organization if needed.
• Make and execute engineering strategy.

Manage project activities following the strategies by ASEAN & Oceania Business Unit.

• Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of bearings, ball screws and linear guides will be an added advantage.

• Provide technical support to customer for UPS and DC systems and Battery Coordinate with end-user on site for Installation, Commission, repair/maintenance
• Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure site work done in safe manner
• Provide training to customers for start up and operational of UPS and DC systems
• Follow-up maintenance contract and ensure work are carried out in timely manner

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• 5 years of relevant experience in UPS and DC power industry
• Self motivated and team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills
• Travel overseas within Asia in short notice
• Able to start work immediately
• Possess own transport will be advantage
