• Drive the delivery of internal technology projects such as M&A, Office Expansions, Security & Risk, and Audits, while also coordinating subject matter experts (SMEs) such as Product Managers, Architecture, Infrastructure Shared Services in regional initiatives.
• Ensure all aspects of regional technology hardware/software budgets and budgeting/forecasting are clearly managed and aligned with global financial planning & analysis team efforts.
• Serve as the regional voice for OWG Tech by engaging in all aspects across the technology team to deliver collective success.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience working or managing end-to-end colleague technology services or technical projects at enterprise scale.
• An ability to build, manage and grow relationships and manage stakeholders’ expectations while capturing & sharing meaningful metrics to keep team and stakeholders informed.
• Passionate about the colleague satisfaction and the delivery of technology services and solutions to improve colleague and client outcomes.
• A strong focus on effective project management and a demonstrated ability to establish good systematic processes and ways of working.
• Experience working at management consulting firm or large complex organizations is highly desirable.
• A track record of delivery-focused collaborative work in complex environments delivering projects with multi-disciplinary agile teams.

5. Develop an integration frameworks that promotes process standardization and alignment across functions and markets.
