• Retail Visibility for Brands/Licensed Products
• Work closely with PLS marketing team to cultivate and direct key retail accounts on behalf of Licensor and its partners, working closely with all stakeholders to build appropriate retail relationships and secure prominent product placement at retail.
• Work with marketing team and partners to devise a meaningful marketing calendar to promote the licensed products as well use appropriate and approved marketing collateral to support products at retail.

Account Receivables

• Work with Finance team to ensure that licensees remit the License Fee and submit monthly/quarterly royalty report on time.

Job Requirements

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Actively pursue new customer accounts and promote the full range of the company’s products and services.
• Manage customer accounts throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process, including handling sales inquiries, preparing and presenting quotations, and coordinating with operations and production teams to ensure goods are ready and delivered on time.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and product penetration plans to meet sales and business goals, including revenue, margin, and market share targets.
• Collaborate closely with the Director to prepare tender documents, determine pricing, and submit tenders promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with key, existing, and potential customers.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and stay informed of product developments.
• Conduct supplier sourcing activities, evaluate product quality against requirements, and follow up on logistics after purchasing.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and summaries of sales activities.
• Ensure all necessary documentation complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BizSafe, and other relevant safety standards.
