Job Position: Sales Manager

Salary Range: S$ 12,000-17000

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the sales of furniture, building materials, and decorative materials.

· Identify and maintain relationships with key clients in the interior decoration and construction sectors.

· Monitor market trends in the relevant industries and adjust sales plans accordingly.

· Oversee e-commerce operations to drive online sales of furniture, building materials, and decorative products.

· Prepare sales reports and provide performance insights for management.

· Focus on expanding and strengthening the company’s presence in the Chinese market.

Position Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales or a similar role, with a focus on furniture, building materials, or interior design services.

· Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify new sales opportunities in the furniture and construction sectors.

· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the domestic trade industry.

· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies for home decor and building materials.

· Strong understanding of the Chinese market, including consumer behaviour and industry trends related to furniture and interior design.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with Chinese clients and partners.

· Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies to meet business goals.

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
• Receive and report on all sales leads
• Supervise sales representatives and assistants
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Work with sales team when closing sales
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Meet all sales quotas and goals
• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
