The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities primarily focusing on the marine geotechnical sector, with a specific focus on windfarm projects in South East Asia, including Korea and Australia. Your responsibilities as a Business Development Manager

• Identify and assess new business opportunities in the marine geotechnical and renewable and energy sectors within South East Asia.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing day to day issues on restructuring and insolvency engagements (being, amongst others, liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring / exceptional accountant, debt restructuring and personal insolvency work)
• Liaising with stakeholders, creditors and other advisors
• Preparing draft correspondence, reports and presentations
• Reconstructing of (complex) accounting records from incomplete information
• Undertaking investigative work for the benefit of recovering assets for the insolvent estate and company analysis, including financial modelling where necessary
• Participating in client meetings and strategy discussions with supervisors and partners

Qualifications and skills
