Roles & Responsibilities

As part of a finance team who contributes to the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the new Real Estate development project, you will conduct the financial management, budget and cost control and forcasting of project development sector within the Group.

Responsibilities:

1.Establish project company’s financial management regulation, develop job responsibilities/scopes and related SOP

2. Daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy and filing of files in a timely manner

3. Complete the financial statement and annual audit work

4. Manage consolidation and preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets and forecasts, cost control

Requirements:

Your Mission

This position is responsible for driving activities related to digital transformation as a member of the Program Management Office at HMGICS. The role involves developing revenue generation and operational models for training, advisory, and solutions focused on digital transformation and new manufacturing technologies. Additionally, the position will serve as the junior chief of staff to the Chief Innovation Officer, with the potential to assume full responsibilities within the short-term, based on performance.

What To Expect

[1. PMO Member for Digital Transformation - 20%]

• Help define and enforce agile work processes to continually improve the velocity and impact of digital transformation activities undertaken by the relevant technology and manufacturing squads. As a member of the PMO squad serving Digital Transformation, this involves applying core technologies such as IoT, AI/ML/LLM, simulation, and automation to enhance operational performance.
• Engage with all relevant stakeholders within and outside HMGICS to develop insights that accelerate digital transformation.

[2. Revenue Generation and Operational Models - 50%]

Develop new revenue generation and operational models for HMGICS based on core capabilities. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Learning and training programs on Digital Transformation, e.g., for other manufacturing companies.
• Advisory and technology consulting services to assist companies in adopting digital transformation.
• Provision of core technology solutions.
• Other initiatives within the Hyundai Motor Group.

[3. Junior Chief of Staff - 30%]

Assist the Chief of Staff to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), with the goal of becoming the full Chief of Staff within 1-2 years:

• Actively manage the CIO Organization’s activities, time, and priorities to maximize impact and ensure the achievement of HMGICS's core objectives.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and communications on behalf of the CIO.
• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders within HMGICS, the Hyundai Motor Group, and external partners, with the aim of overseeing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives, particularly those related to Mission 2.
• Grow into a trusted advisor and thought partner for the CIO, providing insights and recommendations on critical decisions.

OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION

* To lead, oversee and monitor all activities in project management to meet customers’ requirements and satisfaction arising from the Suzhou, China operations,

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

* To assist the Management Team to follow-up on new market lead & potentials and market penetration for new product/industry.

* Being the window person interpreting the customer’s requirements, URS and translating them into proposal and conceptualization for new machine/equipment as well as build-from-print projects.

* In-liaison and follow-up with the customer on project proposal and review, subsequent project activities and development.

* Identify and recognize the practices, preference & work methods of specific customers, if applicable for potential machine standardization.

*Spearhead project costing, cost estimation, resource allocation, budget and subsequently, to review the details with the Director for approval.

* Responsible to lead and manage the in-house project team comprising of project leader, design engineers, software engineers, technicians and any external assembly teams to ensure a smooth work flow in the entire project implementation ranging from conceptualization, quotation, planning, costing, scheduling, designing, assembly, quality assurance, debugging, commission, delivery, and to conduct machine factory acceptance test (FAT) with the customer and the necessary follow-up.

* Experience in technical development of factory automation & equipment making, with a preference for those familiar with biopharmaceutical industry equipment.
