We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

This role contacts assigned / agreed customers or prospects to sell company products and services within a designated territory. Main responsibilities

Sales Management

• Owning and achieving annual sales budgets within assigned accounts.
• Ensure adherence to global sales policies, processes, and guidelines.

• Review new opportunities, new business, loss business and new competition on a regular basis and take corrective actions, where applicable.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly customer business reviews, ensuring well-prepared meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Support HOS in ensuring minutes from Strategic Reviews are distributed to all relevant stakeholders and corrective actions are followed up.
• Escalate concerns or complaints to the HOS timely.

Opportunity Management

• Develop a personal network within the business sector and represent AMOS at events, obtaining market intelligence and enhancing visibility.
• Adhere to company processes and procedures and utilizes the Salesforce and other tools to document customer interaction, needs, and business projections.
• Use Salesforce for documenting customer interactions, needs, and business projections, ensuring effective customer retention and business development.
