Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the operations of the establishment.
• Support behind-the-scenes activities and other operational functions such as customer service, shift scheduling, cashiering, closing tills, ordering inventory, and handling office paperwork.
• Manage inventory, resource requisitions, and purchases.
• Oversee staff recruitment and training.
• Implement strategies to improve staff morale and motivation.
• Ensure food standards and quality control are maintained.
• Analyze the establishment’s performance and review operational processes to find opportunities for innovation, technology application, and work process improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets based on customer profiles.
• Submit proposals to management for improvements to the establishment, such as process improvements, repairs, and renovations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in management position in the F&B or retail chain industry.
• Adaptive to fast-paced environment, resilient to changes and willing to accept new challenges.

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
• Salary Package: Up to $7,500 + AWS + Bonus (Up to 4 months)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR department and manage the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, training, work pass applications, payroll, compensation, union matters, and employee benefits.
• Collaborate with Directors to establish, upgrade, and propose improvements to HR systems and policies, and play a key role in drafting HR policies.
• Develop, monitor, and enhance HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure and improve the integrity of HR system data.
• Act as the main contact for unions, MOM, and other third-party organizations on employee-related matters.
• Liaise and negotiate with insurers, brokers, or agents for the purchase and renewal of general and employee benefits insurance.
• Perform daily HR tasks in accordance with regulations in a timely and accurate manner in the absence of subordinates.
• Prepare manpower budgets and monitor their usage.
• Assist Directors in developing, reviewing, and managing performance appraisals and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
• Provide management with updated market statistics on the economy, business outlook, and labor market.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Directors.

Our company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales targets. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

Job Description:

• Proposal & Paperwork Preparation: Prepare proposals, quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and other related documentation.
• Administrative Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance for sales-related tasks, including system maintenance and data entry.
• Customer Service Assistance: Directly engage with customers when necessary to address inquiries or concerns and provide support.
• Collaboration with Procurement Team: Work closely with the procurement team to secure the best prices and terms to close sales deals.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project expectations and ensure timely project completion.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, performance, and any issues, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Delivery Arrangements: Organize delivery logistics, including DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and sample shipments to customers.
• Phone & Correspondence Management: Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and packages in a professional and timely manner.
• Order Management: Manage local orders and international orders where no local office is available, ensuring seamless processing and fulfillment.
• Artwork Briefing & Follow-up: Provide clear artwork briefs from the sales team to the design team and follow up on artwork progress.
• Sales Order Monitoring: Track and monitor sales orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Requirements:

• Career Growth: Candidates should be open to advancing to a Sales Executive role if deemed suitable.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative Sales Support role.
• Skills:Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
  Capable of liaising effectively with counterparts in China.
  Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
