Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and conduct business negotiations in the Semiconductor industry.
• Develop new key account platforms to expand sales efforts.
• Present the company’s products to potential customers.
• Create offers and negotiate contracts with business partners for general agreements.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address technical questions and develop customer solutions.
• Monitor and analyze potential customers, markets, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
• Coordinate special marketing activities such as fairs, trade shows, etc.
• Manage and support projects based on customer needs.
• Oversee and coordinate customer orders.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor industry, particularly with probe cards or test sockets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet usage.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail, structured, and efficient work approach.
• Ability to work well in a team, self-driven, fast learner, flexible, and possess good skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
