Job Responsibilities:

• Actively source new leads through various channels, including databases, social media, and direct outreach.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management, including follow-up on inquiries.
• Monitor and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with center heads to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and address issues promptly.
